What came first? Love or the Lover? Was it the Love that inspired the Lover to give, or rather the Lover that trans mutated and inspired a feeling to be shared? How do we differentiate between healthy reliance and codependency? Or perhaps codependency is a rite of passage in a Love that has paid its dues? These are the questions I explore through this piece. The 3 chairs are a trio; with the third chair symbolizing the conversation that is always being had but never uttered between two Lovers. A silent bystander, a billowing wind, that demands to be acknowledged but is often subdued in repression.
